We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers (Installation Contractors) with garage door orders in our fast paced office-warehouse.

Full Time M-F 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Medical, Dental, and 401(k) available. Compensation DOE.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer order status and product knowledge.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns following departmental policies and procedures.
  • Answer incoming calls, assist customers with quoting, order entry, order processing, invoicing, and maintain comprehensive record-keeping.

  • Ensure proper handling and filing of sensitive materials and records in accordance with established internal controls.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and objectives as assigned.
Other Requirements / Skills (Education, Software, Hardware, Etc.)

Ideal candidates will be friendly and possess excellent phone, computer and clerical/data entry skills (including 10-key). Must be familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Inventory, garage door, accounting and/or Sage MAS90/200 experience preferred but not required.
